From Objectives to Awesome: AI-Driven Workplace Learning
Partnering with AI for Operations College Staff is a five-session project that uses AI to generate content based on user objectives for different types of asynchronous and in-person learning.
It all started with Chatbot GPT, where I transformed objectives and data into clear learning goals and scripts. Next, Synthesia stepped in to bring the content to life with videos for VILT sessions and flipped classrooms. Finally, Adobe Express tied it all together, blending audio, video, slides, and worksheets into seamless learning materials.
Community of Practice Series
Skill Up learning series offers dynamic, 30-minute training sessions at the TechBar, combining online and in-person learning in a flipped classroom model. These sessions create a vibrant community of practice where students, staff, and faculty come together to explore practical uses of AI and Microsoft 365 tools. The goal is to build confidence and competence with technology through collaborative learning.
Each session includes a comprehensive learning package with:
Training slides for easy reference
Micro-learning videos for on-demand viewing
A facilitator guide to support effective instruction
Practical handouts for hands-on learning
1:1 Support guideline
E-learning modules for flexible, self-paced study and communication
These resources ensure participants leave with both practical skills and a supportive network for continued growth in their tech journey.
