It is guidance, not a rulebook, so professionals preserve their authentic voice.

Initially created for a California satellite college campus, the project was adapted for global training, expanding across the organization through collaborative efforts from IT and HR departments.

Workplace Reskilling: Partnering with AI

Turn everyday tasks into automated workflows with live VILT, microlearning videos, or self-paced modules. Using Design Thinking and backward design, teams get learner-centered practice and instant feedback. Built with ChatGPT (goals→scripts), Synthesia (video), Canva and Adobe Express (multimedia).

AI in Action for Small Businesses

AI in Action for Small Businesses is a hands-on learning series for Oakland entrepreneurs. Partnering with Northeastern University students and community leads, I co-designed sessions that clarified the roles of AI assistants vs. agents and mapped real business goals into actionable workflows. We used Miro to capture needs and turn ideas into steps owners could use immediately.

Community of Practice VLT Series

Skill Up's learning series offers dynamic, 30-minute training sessions and collaborative sessions that combine online and in-person learning in a flipped classroom model. These sessions create a vibrant community of practice where students, staff, and faculty come together to explore practical uses of AI and Microsoft 365 tools. The goal is to build confidence and competence with technology through collaborative learning or professional communities of practice.
